"As far as location this place is spot on. Right in the heart of everything with tons of parking. The apartment was clean with a nice layout. We loved the modern feel! Our only complaint was how loud this place was. Between the different sounds from the fan, heat and tapping through out the night. We were able to hear the people down the hall and certainly the people upstairs. If we didn’t hear it all throughout the night I would have left this out completely but it certainly became annoying...

"The apartment was clean and we had all the things we needed for a long weekend to go to the NY Sheepand Wool show in Rhinebeck. Very close to trails and we had nice restaurants nearby in Tannersville. Would be great for a ski weekend at Hunter."

"From indoor mice and flies to brown smelly water, to rotten food in cabinets, to no cell coverage, and more, this place needs a lot of help. The place is dirty. There was some rotten food in one of the cabinets that had been there a LONG time to the point that fruit flies were all over the place. There were dirty cabinets, old dusty cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, scummy interior of the fridge. My mother drew a bath and brown water came out of the faucet. The place is smelly. It has...
