"The complex was nice and I liked the location on the canal. The apartment itself smelt bad; like smokey pets. I didn’t complain about it to anyone but would not stay here again. Also the registration process was crazy. "

"It was very clean. I had no heat from Monday to Thursday AM. I called multiple times and requested heat. Repeatedly, called the Barsala number. I expressed my need on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday multiple times. Until Thursday a space heater was delivered. Got a call back and a status update. "

"The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. The property is so unsafe and unsatisfactory this property should not be allowed to be rented. I sent photos to your support team because I could not allow my family to stay there.
