"The staff is what makes this hotel home away from home. Starting with the welcome drink, my wife’s birthday cake, and final day gifts reflect the soft touch of the Indian culture and hospitality is a class by itself. Special shout out to Sukanta and 16th. Floor manager for the extra care with room service. Laundry was always on time. The concierge service was superb as well with my unique needs of scanning documents and even medicine. The security staff came to know us and always smiling when we returned to the hotel from our local trips. Shout out to the entire team at JW. No wonder it’s considered a top hotel in Kolkata!"
