"Pristine can mean several different things. My interpretation was to be “like new”. This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room. The original listing stated firewood was provided by the host. Then, the checkin instructions stated guests provided their own. Not huge, just misstated in the listing (since changed). "I booked this for my daughter who is looking to relocate to Western Mass from Central Mass and it was perfect for her. The host was extra helpful and accomodating, and while it was a small and simple space, she was very comfortable and cozy. She would definitely stay again."

"It was a very comfortable house! We were only there 2 days for the Mizzou game. "

"We needed a pet friendly location to stay for one night. This place is amazing. Very unconventional and much more than I needed for my family of four but I would recommend it highly. The host was very helpful and friendly. The property would be great for an adult birthday or an extended family get together. "

"The Lakeview Cottage exceeded expectations! My family was visiting from out of state for our daughters’ Cheer Competition and it was the perfect home away from home. Home was clean, Host was very communicative and accommodating, would definitely book again!"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very spacious and was perfect for kids with enough spaces for everyone to sleep and run around. Jennifer was super responsive (within minutes) and friendly and we experienced no problems with the house. My only regret is not being able to spend as much time as we wanted at the house to utilize their amazing backyard (we we had a family wedding which took us away from the property each day). Highly recommend this place - especially to families with kids!"

"The hotel was right next to the freeway, which normally is not a problem but this was next level. It was hard to find off the highway as it was divided and the turn/signage was not well marked, however it seems like the entire area was like that. Decent breakfast."
