"The house is situated at the end of a point on lovely Lake Eden. We felt like we had the lake all to ourselves to enjoy in the mid-winter! We had a glorious sunny day to play outdoors with our dog, and the house was cozy and warm. We used the wood fireplace for ambiance and happily read our books. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances all work well. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms clean. The mudroom entrance is perfect for wet boots and all of your gear. We had all that we needed and felt like we were truly out in the country!"

"Hands down, one of the best values in Stowe. Catch the shuttle to the ski resort (or drive---it's right up the road), and walk to downtown area where parking can be tough. The Inn itself is a beautifully maintained historical property and is a great place to enjoy with a warm drink on a cold winter's night. The staff is super friendly and helpful"
