Amazing Views

Absolutely loved this adorable home! Plenty of room for our family and the walk down to the point is perfect. Plus the historic Main Street had everything you’d want! Would love to visit again!

Great spot in East Greenwich

Really nice house and location. Views from the home are better than the pics suggest. Great launching point for this lovely part of Rhode Island, with tons of things to do and places to eat and drink nearby. Very nice and attentive hosts.

Boathouse was amazing

Family Gathering

The Boat House worked out very well for our family of three generations ranging from infant to retirees. The house was well equipped. The yard was large and the view spectacular. Check-in and communications with the hosts were easy and prompt. There were good restaurants and things to do for all age groups nearby. The nearby state park and beaches were great.

Location, location, location

Beautiful home overlooking the bay. It is stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. The interior is nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable along with nice sheets and blankets. We walked about 15-20 minutes to the center where there is shopping and nice eateries. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Wedding Weekend Wonderful

We came from South Florida for a friend’s wedding in Providence. Needing three+ bedrooms for 2 nights, the hotel options didn’t work. This home is absolutely gorgeous, with an incredible view. Ashley is responsive and delightful and knows the area well for recommendations. Easy access to everything in Providence area. We went to the zoo and then took multiple trips to East Greenwich for food and play and would absolutely stay here when coming back to the area.

Beautiful home, Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The set up of the house is great and the location was perfect: easy to get to Providence, Newport , Narragansett and other places worth visiting. The owners were very helpful, accommodating and responsive. We traveled with a one year old and having a crib and portable high chair available to use was extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful

We were in for a long weekend and our family loved this home. The location is close to East Greenwich which is amazing and the view / proximity to the water was wonderful. The house was one of the best appointed homes we’ve rented and we will use it again when we are in RI. Ashley made sure everything was smooth and we were comfortable, it was very nice.

Nice family vacation home

The house was very pleasant with a well equipped kitchen and a nice covered porch in front looking at Narraganset Bay. It was not far from Newport (30 minutes) and close to the town of East Greenwich (less than a 5 min drive). East Greenwich is a typical New England town with a very cute downtown and plenty of restaurants etc. We had 3 wonderful early summer days with plenty of light. The neighborhood is quiet, there is however the occasional train that passes by. The hosts are nice and have everything organized well for you. Thank you.

My family of 8, in town for a wedding, absolutely loved our stay at the Boat House! The house had everything we needed and accommodated us all perfectly. The views every morning and evening were just spectacular of the bay and nearby pier. We would absolutely stay here again!

Gorgeous peaceful setting on a slow and quiet street. Really enjoyed front porch sitting in the rocking chairs. The house was clean and well prepared. View of the water and boats from the master bedroom was wonderful.

Perfect Escape

The Boat House is a lovely home, tucked away on a quiet seaside block just a short driving distance from all that RI has to offer. The house itself has a relaxing coastal-chic style and is well-appointed with big, comfortable beds, a chef's kitchen, gorgeous dining room and living room perfect for gathering. We enjoyed our coffee each morning from the rocking chairs on the front porch overlooking the bay. My daughters enjoyed taking out the kayak and paddle board. The owners were across the street during our visit and were super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!!
