The property is very run down and dirty, my wife stepped on the exposed carpet tack strip and cut her foot, the bed was not comfortable and the pillows had to be about 1” thick. I will bypass East Glacier in my next trip to that area

This place is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Their pictures are not at all representative of what it actually is. This place is horrible. It is not clean. It’s run down. It’s by a condemned motel building. We were tempted to get another place but we left early in the morning. I would run from staying at this place.

There were lights that didnt work. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to open and shut. There was no area big enough to we parked just off the street. The yard was way over grown and there was garbage all over.

The beds were comfortable. It would be good if they gave you written instructions as to how to work the 2 TV remotes. The ‘free breakfast’ was a joke - they handed us 2 breakfast burritos the night before & we were supposed to microwave them ourselves in the morning. The baseboards in the bathroom were filthy & the mat in the shower was gross.

This place should beshut down. Dank rooms without windows and electrical out problems so they tried tohandme a surge protector extension cord. We forfeited our money and stayed somewhere else. 1 star is too much.
