"Fantastic service in the hotel and at the restaurant. Herr Otten at reception and Herr Krajnic in the restaurant provided five-star treatment. We received an upgrade to a wonderful junior suite with wooden floors and a huge terrace overlooking the front of the hotel with a great view of the town. We spent five wonderfully relaxing days and would come back anytime!"

"Een hele mooie locatie 700 van de pont. Het hele eiland is te belopen en soms is het hebben van een fiets aan te bevelen. Voor het wandelen is drie hele dagen voldoende om er te blijven, wij hebben in twee dagen het eiland bijna rond gelopen en op de derde dag een fiets gehuurd voor het ronden van de West punt. Een ding in het hotel werd vrijwel alleen Duits gesproken. De eigenaren zouden bijv. eens naar Texel moeten gaan. Duits is daar een tweede taal om de toeristen te woord te staan."

"Gute Unterkunft, für die Insel moderner Standard. Top Lage direkt am Neuen Leuchtturm, sehr nah am Hauptstrand. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, stilvoll eingerichtet. Nicht so gut war, dass die Heizung beim geplant belegten Zimmer im November bei der Ankunft ausgestellt war und dass man den Stromstecker beim TV einstöpseln musste - sollte nicht passieren wenn man Gäste erwartet. "This is a fine hotel for the price with a good, well-appointed room inc unusual toilet radio. The staff were superb: manager Marko was most helpful all the time and the chef made a delicious veggie meal off menu just for me! Amazing. Big drawback is its remote location, about 1k from the station; no taxis on Langeoog, so it's a long way to hike your bag."

"Zwei klapprige Beistelltische, schief hängendes Bild mit zwei ungleich langen Nägeln befestigt, Bettunterlage in der falschen Grösse: dies alles beschreibe ich mit einem Wort: lieblos. Zudem wirkte die Wohnung unsauber, der Boden staubig, Spinnweben an der Decke und leider auch zahlreiche lebende kleine Tierchen überall. Schade, denn die Insel selber ist bezaubernd."
