"If you are a large loud partying kind of family this is not a good choice for you. I hosted 30 people for my husband’s 70th birthday. We rented the main house and all the cottages and the studio. We ranged in age from 78 to 5. Be aware that there are lots and lots of stairs. The mansion is 4 stories and each cottage has the bedroom in a loft area up a flight of stairs as well.
