We were very pleased with this property, inside and out. There are multiple areas outside with seating, such as around the fire pit, on the deck that overlooks the pond, by the grill and entrance, and an outdoor table! There is a long, sturdy flight on steps down to the dock, where there were more beach type lounge chairs, and water toys, such as kayaks, a paddle board and paddle boat, and a big float for multiple people. The water is clean, and the bottom quite clean for fresh water, not many leaves or mystery grasses underfoot. We enjoyed floating on our own individual floats that we brought, and my kids liked the paddle board and kayaks.
The beach pass was easy to buy, and allows access to all the beaches of Falmouth. We recommend Chapoquoit and Old Silver. Driving from this house to the grocery store, downtown Falmouth, the Island Queen ferry and beaches was very easy, and traffic was not too heavy, as it can be around some areas on the Cape.
Inside, the rooms were comfortable, with plenty of space to sit, dine and relax. We found the mattresses comfortable, and from me, that’s a big compliment! We’d definitely recommend this home, and would stay again! Thanks, Jason!
