"I would give 5 stars all around, except I must agree with the other reviews that it could use some updating. Regardless, the bed was comfy, every staff member was so friendly and kind, the grounds are well maintained, the views are perfection and you can’t beat the price! Our neighbors were all repeat guests of at least a decade and that speaks volumes- just don’t expect anything fancy (if that’s what you want you can pay 1k+ a night at the resort a few lots down…) and you’ll be in heaven! "

"Edwards guest house is a very warm and friendly place to stay. The staff were excellent in helping us. The location is excellent to be able to walk to the beach side restaurants in Sandy Ground. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was much more affordable than many places on Anguilla. "

"Florivia vernonOur stay was wonderful!!! Our original home for 15 people canceled on the day we arrived.Rose,Florivia, and Vernon worked so hard to open the home for us to stay there. It is a beautiful home.The 2 pools were wonderful for everyone. The kitchen had everything for cooking. Wonderful pastries and bread were delivered daily. Whenever there was a glitch it was handled within the hour. Super care by both Vernon and Florivia!!!!The island is beautiful, people are so kind and the restaurants are awesome. We are already planning on returning to this wonderful home!!The "
