The hotel manager was very attentive to details and we felt their warmth and enthusiasm to make guests had the best experience. Though there’s a suggestion for improvement: The curtain is not wide enough to block the light from the great sunshine of Okinawa, so we were woken up by the bright sunlight after sunrise. Sometimes we just wanted to sleep in for a bit later, but it’s difficult with this bright daylight. "

Her creations were complex, original, and utterly unforgettable. Halekulani has proven that even a large-scale resort with over 300 rooms can still deliver five-star hospitality with soul. "We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and kind and were always available to provide assistance. The free breakfast was excellent! I didn’t realize it was included when I booked, so it was a pleasant surprise. So yummy! Sadly, the pool was closed because of the rain but it looked nice. Parking was super easy and not too expensive. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Naha. "
