"Everything was good except we didn't know how to open the door. Ended up going to a cheap motel that night. However next day we talked to a neighbor (her brother) who called owner & she gave us the code. (Said she had forgotten to put it in the ad) So we were able to get in and the home was beautiful and everything we needed. That afternoon she came over and gave us a refund for the first day . She was delightful (and apologetic) and we enjoyed our abreviated stay there. "

Extremely excellent communication prior to arrival Asked for preferred breakfast time, any known allergies and gave the instructions with access code Love the venue and breakfast In our room the shower could use updating and the windows would contain privacy shades or blinds instead of curtains"

"Its very confusing to get in at first. Once you get that figured out there are no problems. Walls do seem thin and someone spent part of the night walking with heavy footsteps above the apartment, but it is what it is. Apartment was clean, had good amenities and served the ourpose i needed. I chose it fornthe price, not realizing there was an add on cleaning fee. I could have spent the same amount for a hotel closer to my venue. "
