Skipped right over the traffic we typically hit when we stay just a mile or two closer to town. "The house is situated at the end of a point on lovely Lake Eden. We felt like we had the lake all to ourselves to enjoy in the mid-winter! We had a glorious sunny day to play outdoors with our dog, and the house was cozy and warm. We used the wood fireplace for ambiance and happily read our books. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances all work well. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms clean. The mudroom entrance is perfect for wet boots and all of your gear. "This was a spacious, well-appointed, beautiful home that allowed our large extended family to spend a great holiday together. The owner was easy to communicate with and we found the property to be just what we needed. Even enjoyed the light coating of snow throughout the day and evening to make the views and vistas even more breathtaking!"

"We had a great time here! So much snow came down and a plow came twice to make sure we could get out of the driveway. The house was clean and ready for us. Such a cool decor with plenty of space and a great loft for the kiddos! Waterbury is adorable and its an easy drive right to the heart of the town. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The home was clean & spacious. It also has plentiful amenities although they are quite basic. Nothing too luxurious, but they have everything you should need.The internet connection was strong for our phones, However, the TV connection was extremely spotty so we pretty much couldn't use it. "This is a charming Vermont farmhouse, a short ride from the town of Stowe and a 20 minute drive to Stowe mountain. The price was unbeatable and the stay was comfortable. The only concern was the owner did not respond to communications. We messaged them multiple times asking what to do with the garbage and recycling and they don’t respond. Luckily there were no major issues so it didn’t affect our stay."
