Only issue which we communicated to the owner, was a bad sewage smell in the lower unit. Holding tank is improperly ventilated. Needs to be addressed. Overall we really enjoyed the property. "

"We had a great time at Cozy Bear cottage in East Braintree, the pictures were exactly as the cabin is. A picture of the kitchen which was lovely and the second bedroom with the bunk bed would be super helpful to get more bookings. We enjoyed the hot tub and how close the cabin is to Falcon Lake. The host responded quickly to questions we have no complaints!"
