"A cosy and well equipped cottage in a beautiful Suffolk village. We stayed whilst our house was having some building works and it made the perfect “home away from home”. Any very minor issues (plumbing) sorted straight away by the very helpful property manager. Would highly recommend."

Private garden with comfortable seating. Able to park outside for loading and unloading then moved to an off road car park just down the road. "We absolutely loved our stay in Little Oaks over the new year! We always try to book somewhere peaceful to escape NYE fireworks with our nervous dog and this location was perfect - so peaceful! "There were 16 of us for a family weekend. The house is fabulous, very comfortable with lots of different spaces. The gardens are lovely and the tennis court was a real hit worth all the family. Communicating with the hosts was was simple. Would recommend."

"This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....

"Comfortable, well-equipped cottage built onto the end of the farmhouse next door, with its own drive and grounds and ample parking space. The setting is rural, surrounded by fields and copses, just over a mile down a narrow single track lane.
