Summary:
The River Birch is a luxurious boutique tiny home that sits on the Saluda River and is the perfect place for a mini vacation or staycation. We are located just 10 minutes from Downtown Greenville. It is the perfect spot to sit back and relax by the river or get out and about to explore our gorgeous city. Each firepit will have complimentary firewood. We will also give you fire starters and matches. If you would like to purchase more firewood, you may do so at the office. Each bundle will be $5 each.
The Space:
The River Birch is the perfect mix of modern beauty and calming desert tones. The living room space is equipped with a comfortable faux leather couch, television that has access to Youtube TV and other streaming channels, as well as spectacular river views. The kitchen includes a microwave, Keurig, full-size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and toaster oven. The beautiful house has a water closet on one side of the hallway and a gorgeous luxurious shower on the other. The private bedroom offers a deluxe queen bed, black out shades and a closet with plenty of storage. There is room in the living space for a full size air mattress (you'll need to bring your own) for 2 extra guests. We offer WiFi and free parking on the property. The River Birch neighbors several other tiny homes and glamping campers on the property. Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times and you must pick up after them. Please note, pet owners will be responsible for any damage and or special cleaning
The Neighborhood:
This tiny home is located on the property of the Saluda Outdoor Center (SOC), where we also have several tiny houses, glampers, and our river pods available as short-term and long-term rentals. If you want to explore the area, our location is ideal. We are less than 5 miles from Falls Park in Downown Greenville; a five minute drive to the Village of West Greenville (Art District); 2.5 miles to Greenville/Pickens Speedway; 5 miles to Easley; 25 miles to Clemson University; 5 miles to Swamp Rabbit Trail; 30 minutes to Table Rock State Park...and much more! No matter what you decide, to stay around or venture out, you're sure to have a wonderful adventure!
Getting Around:
We recommend that you provide your own vehicle, as there is no public transportation to our facility. Uber, Lyft, and local Taxi service will accommodate this location, if that's preferred. This area is rich with hiking and biking trails, but will still require transportation to access trail entrances.
