A place with a big heart
This was one of the cutest tiny homes we have ever stayed in. The property manager was top notch, very responsive. The owner was very nice and personable. The restaurant on/near property was 5 star rated. We will be back to stay again.

Great Tiny House on Saluda River
Hubby, myself and daughter (who lives in Greenville) enjoyed this tiny house! It was clean and had everything we needed. I did bring my own percolator coffee pot with coffee but there is a Keurig available. Shower is awesome with separate bathroom area. Bed was comfortable. Perfect size. We also brought our dog, who I believe enjoyed it as much as us. We will be back. The hosts were attentive and even though we tubed on a Monday which is typically not open to tubing, they accommodated us. Word to the wise, if you are dragging feet while tubing, pull your legs up to the chest through the Rapids. Relaxing and beautiful. A ton of turtles along the way! Highly recommended!

The cabin was lovely and quaint. We truly enjoyed our stay.
Was a great home with a great view of the river. The cabin is located close to the road however little road noise could be heard during the stay.

Retirement Tryout
Great time next to the river. We chose a tiny home to stay in to see how my wife and I could adapt to a tiny home on a vacation property. The layout worked out great. We also chose the location for easy access to Greenville and Easley to allow short day trips for exploration. Overall, a successful trip.

River Birch is awesome only downside is traffic noise
This tiny house community is really well kept, the units are immaculate. 100% delivered. The only bummer is, there's no warning this property is on a busy road so at times the traffic noise is louder than the river. It was so disappointing and distracting. The photos look like it's remote and a place to unwind and relax, and it would be the perfect destination minus the noise. Also, we should have looked at the Brewery on site hours, because we drove 7 hours thinking we eat on site, having the brewery on site was one of the reasons we booked. It was closed during our entire stay and so was most of the shops/food in the nearest town. Luckily, downtown isn't that far and Greenville is awesome.

Amazing Place!
First time ever in Greenville, in a tiny house and on the Saluda River! We are from Charleston, SC. I booked the place to have a few quiet days with my husband since we both work really hard and was way better than we thought. We went out couple of times to eat and buy a take out, but other than that, we didn't need anything else. It was a great and very relaxing experience. We will do it again for sure!!

Best Getaway
Saluda Outdoor has all three elements that you need for a perfect getaway! This location has somewhere to stay, something to do, and somewhere to eat - all right there in same vicinity. We stayed in the River Birch tiny house and it was to perfection! When we arrived the house was clean & cold (it’s summer in SC - HOT!). House is equipped with everything you should need to cook, plenty of linens, and relax! We scheduled tubing at the sight and enjoyed the two hour trip down the river! After tubing, we walked over to 13 Stripes River Lodge (less than a half a football field away from the tiny house!) where they had vendors outside and a band. Saluda Outdoor became our new favorite getaway spot! Looking forward to staying at the adorable tiny houses again. The hostess, Katie, has it going on over there and full of sunshine! The best hostess!
