"All good, except bathroom fan runs permanently, even when light turned off, mentioned this to staff and was informed this is the case in all rooms, a bit annoying, but not drastic, still clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Parking overnight is expensive however, but Egham isn't a massive town and you can probably find a side street fairly nearby for free."

We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone. Convenient access to the train station to travel to London. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't buy it. They said that the wifi was free in the lobby but it was dreadfully slow. "Room condition was poor marks on walls and stains on carpets not additional bedding in family room , appeared to be only for named person on booking, informed when room was booked " payment on departure" not so asked to pay on arrival "

"No smapoo to wash your hair. You can always buy some for a pound (but the vending machine was empty). Over the top of a KFC, which means a lot of mess and late noise. Loud music being played in cars in the early hours of the morning. If your a women on your own, you will porbably be frightened of the car park. Food there is average."
