Earlys Guest House | 3 Bed, 2 Bath

We are excited to offer this perfect 3 bedroom oasis for your friends and family to feel like they never left home while traveling in Charlottesville. This rental is conveniently located just a short drive from Charlottesville and the University of Virginia. Enjoy a quiet tree-lined drive on your way to this property while passing the beautiful Rivanna River and Ivy Creek Natural area.

Inside this spacious single-level home find a dining room with seating for 6 and a separate breakfast nook that gives a great view of the lawn and woods in the back yard. The full sized kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, and all necessary cookware and dishware to enjoy meals at the house.

The living room has plenty of seating, built in bookcases, a large TV, and a gas fireplace that you're sure to gather around with friends and family. The vaulted ceiling and skylights add the perfect sunny ambiance to the serene accent colors in the space.  The back yard has additional seating during the warmer months and a screened in porch with a fan to keep you comfortable in the shade.

To the left side of the house find, a master bedroom with a King size bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a soaker tub (no shower). A guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and another guest room features 2 Twins and access to a screened in porch.  There is another shared guest bathroom with shower. All bedrooms provide plenty of light and views of the outdoors.

With parking for 2-3 cars, a quiet back yard and of tons of amenities, this home base is a great resting point during your stay in and around Charlottesville. The guest house is joined to the main house and there's complete privacy because walls only join to a two car garage, so no noise transference. The home also has easy, low traffic access to the airport and numerous vineyards while keeping UVA and Downtown Charlottesville only a short drive away.

This house is in a great location, in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and other C'ville attractions. The living area is the best feature, with plenty of room to lounge and relax. There were cookies and a nice note upon our arrival, and it was a quiet neighborhood with no interruptions.

Lovely weekend in Earlysville
This house was a lovely property and I would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around, and the backyard setup was spacious and relaxing. The water pressure needs a little adjusting, but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Fabulous Thanksgiving Stay and UVA Game!
What a lovely place! The home was perfect as we walked in on Thanksgiving Day. We were able to prep, have a wonderful dinner, utilize the abundance of available pots, pans and dishes. Loved the fireplace, open design, natural light, perfect decor and so much more. Plenty of parking. Comfortable king size bed in the Master. Tree Swing. Come visit this home!

Top knotch
Earlys Guest House is clean, spacious, well stocked, and close to the action in Cville and Eville. We were greeted by the neighbor with warm cookies fresh out of the oven and an invitation to ask if we had any questions. We did hear the nearby airport's first flight of the day at 6:30 am but played a little white noise on day two and didn't hear it. We highly recommend this place!

Great home close to UVA!
There were two couples and one couple had two children ages 7 and 5. The home was perfect for our group! One of the three bedrooms had two twins beds which was great for the kids. We cooked in the kitchen and there was plenty of dishware available. There are also outdoor seating areas which we enjoyed, one of which is a screened in porch which was nice on a rainy day! The living and dining area are perfect for a group to spend some time together. There was also a breakfast area with a table, so lots of seating.

Perfect Stay in Charlottesville Area
Perfect property; location and comfort. We loved the thoughtful styling of the home. We were truly able to relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the decks and sun porches allowed us to enjoy the magnificent weather. Mgt company was very accommodating when I needed more clarity on using door code and understanding specific garbage location. We did have some excitement with a young bear hiding in our bushes but that really just added to our experience. Never saw the owners of the main house or any other soul. Very private.

Enjoyed the stay
This was a great place to stay for the family (husband, wife, 2 kids, and their grandmother). It has a very well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. It even had a pretty extensive spice drawer, which was unexpected. This was just a quick couple day getaway to Charlottesville for us. The property was located 5 - 10 minutes from about everything we needed. My 6 year old daughter and I really enjoyed "trail blazing" (as she put it) in the woods behind the house. It gave us a "taste of the mountains" (really just some hills) without us actually going into the mountains. I cannot say if this is the case, but it doesn't feel like a property that was intended for vacation rental. It feels lived in like it was a well used and loved in-law suite that is in its second life as a vacation rental. No vacation rental is perfect, but this one was quite good.

Lovely cottage, great floor plan, plenty of room for the 3 of us, loved the screened-in porch and deck. Some things need some attention though: the water pressure is inconsistent (when a toilet is flushed, the water pressure goes down to near-nothing elsewhere); the Keurig doesn't work; the screen door needs a latch; no dish drainer in the kitchen; kitchen faucet needs replacing; the dining room chandelier looks like it might fall down any second; the bathroom fan needs a lightbulb; and the gas grill doesn't work. Not criticisms, just information that the property owner might appreciate having. It's really a great place to stay, and a wonderful hotel alternative.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend Getaway
This place was even better than we expected from the pictures. The spaces were great and open to one another. We watched a movie in the living room, while family was playing games on the dining room table and making meals. We had the best time! We wanted to take advantage of the "Blessings of the Hounds", Luray Caverns, chopping down our Christmas Tree at Valley Star Farm, Charlottesville Mall, Monticello and all of the food options. It felt like we were in Charlottesville, but was on the right side of town to make the trip to Luray easy. The bedding was so comfortable, as was the furniture. Would definately stay again.

My brother and I took our parents for a weekend getaway. This house was a great choice. Plenty of space, fully equipped and within 30 minutes of our activities. We would certainly revisit.
