Lakeside Gnome sweet Home

If you're looking for the prefect gathering place this lakeview log cabin style home is perfect for family or friends to build memories together. This private spacious retreat is central to fantastic destinations, there is something for everyone. This 4 bed 3 bath house is filled with everything you need. With 3 queen bedrooms and a fun bunk room including 2 bunk beds and 2 trundles sleeping 6 and a full size futon in the open loft you can easily and comfortably sleep 13. The home has communal spaces, the living & dining are open concept with an open loft over the living room stocked with games, game tables and seating. Additional eating area perfect for a warm beverage in the morning with beautiful vintage/antique decor. Children of all ages will enjoy a small slice of the Harry Potter wizarding world, a converted closet features a Hogwarts portrait wall for selfies and a fun play space. There is an upper & lower deck/balcony, lower deck has a picnic table, comfortable seating and 2 BBQ grills, charcoal and gas. Walk down from lower deck to the fun fire pit and more seating. Upper deck has great seating space, both decks have 360 scenic views. The fully stocked kitchen will make your life easy to prepare meals for the entire family. The cabin sits above table rock lake, while we have plenty of parking in our circle drive, is not ideal for trailered boats. Our drive requires a sharp turn with a potential drop off, this will not be a problem if you call ahead to 1 of 2 near by full service marinas. Eagle rock marina is 1/4 mile and Holiday Island Marina is 6.7 miles away. From the cabin you can visit historic Eureka Springs (11 miles) DogWood Canyon (17 miles) Branson (45 miles) Roaring river state park (10 miles) Mark Twain National forest and so much more. Central to several golf courses, trails, fishing, hunting, zip lining, horse back riding and water crafts, adventure seekers will find many opportunities near by. You can find wineries, micro breweries, and local unique eateries. A full grocery store is just 10 mins away in Holiday Island or there is a Dollar General just 2 mins from the cabin for any essentials you may have forgot. To be forth coming we are located near a busy bridge of fellow travelers & some are noisier than others. You and your family will encounter road noise, they did not consult with me on the bridge location or I could have addressed this. That bridge does bring you right to the cabin, otherwise you would have to swim 😉. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay memorable and comfortable but remain imperfect, if you stay with us feel free to drop us a note in our suggestion box we would be happy to improve everyone's experience.

Lovely family vacation in the Ozarks
We had a great family vacation at this lovely well stocked home in the woods across the street from the lake. Beautiful views, accommodating hostess, lots of comfortable beds for our family of 10. Kitchen perfect for cooking and lots of space for eating and games. Home was close to eureka springs and many attractions, we had a great stay! Thank you

Private, perfect and positioned proportionately.
We really enjoyed the stay. Kitchen had all accommodations necessary to prepare our foods. The table was large enough for us to eat and play board games with the kids. We went hiking through the trees and ended up sitting on a bluff overlooking the lake. We made a few trips to downtown Eureka Springs and enjoyed the fun and festivities. We ate at a restaurant called farmhouse, I think, it was about 15 minutes away, and it was fabulous. Make sure you paint the rocks. The kids really enjoyed creating their own piece of art.. . We would stay again !

Perfect Getaway
Perfect getaway with amazing view as soon as you walk in. Great communication with the owner. Located in a perfect location for day trips to Branson, Eureka Springs and the scenic trails in the area. Definitely would recommend this stay.

We had a great time. The house is conveniently located a short drive to the swim beach and boat ramp. The house comfortably house our family allowing us to enjoy each other and also spread out with multiple nooks. The house was clean and we had no issues during our stay.

Beautiful cabin
The cabin was beautiful with a nice view of the lake. We loved the decor and the Christmas decorations. Cabin had all the amenities needed for anything from cooking to grilling. Host was easily accessible and very accommodating. We will definitely book a stay here again in the future.

Great location, great house to stay in
Plenty of room! We had a large group and plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The kitchen had all of the cookware/dishes we needed. Two decks to enjoy the outdoors. The Eagle Rock marina was only a few minutes away which was a plus too. Really enjoyed our stay!

Girls weekend
We were in town for a girls weekend. The property was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. It was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lake cabin!
The lake cabin looks exactly like the pictures. It has everything you need for a relaxing visit. We loved the decorations and the kids loved looking for the cute painted rocks placed around the property. The porch is so comfortable for watching the sunset and having coffee in the mornings.

Awesome girls weekend
Celebrated our annual girls weekend and loved our stay at this location. We were so impressed with how well stocked the house was from kitchen to bathroom supplies and even some fun boardgames. It was very peaceful and the views from all the windows were breathtaking. Also, super easy to make our way to Eureka Springs for one of the days and over to the local horseback riding place for another day. We will definitely try to book our next trip here again.

Perfect place for doing it ALL!
Above and beyond our expectations. We VRBO quite often and this home we will return for family/friends gatherings to fish, Eureka and boating. The surroundings make the home feel very secluded, but yet everything within short distances. Our family was very comfortable and thankful for all the amenities, the BEST EVER.

A Perfect Stay
We stayed here as our annual summer all family vacation and it was pretty perfect. The house is so conveniently located to good grocery stores, restaurants and especially things to see and do. We were always happy to return "home". The house was so nice and the kitchen was the best equipped I have ever stayed in. We cooked a lot. Sherry was so nice to communicate with. Perfect location and charming home
Took my kids and their 2 cousins (all age 7-11) out for a summer kickoff. This home is less than 25 min from so many attractions. And the home itself was such a seeet retreat to return to after a day out! Kids absolutely loved their bunk bed room with a Pac-Man gaming system and Harry Potter secret room. Home was very clean and well maintained!

Enchanting house!
We booked this house because of its location & uniqueness. It’s 15 minutes from Eureka Springs and 50 minutes from Branson. The house was very roomy and spacious: it can easily fit 10 or more people. It was very clean and the decor was super cute. Check in / out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Eureka Springs / Branson area.

Adorable Home
Perfect home to spend time with our family! The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of paper towels, tissue, bath towels, blankets, sheets, very soft pillows. Lots of games for the grandkids. Large television in the living room with a super large couch! Beautifully decorated! Loved the antiques! The owner was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for everything!
