Spacious, immaculate, private lake front home on Table Rock Lake! Come relax in this darling retro house! (just 100 yards to the water!) Close to the marina, state parks, theme parks, shopping centers, hiking trails and fishing spots! 3500 sq feet, 4 bedrooms (3 with their own full bathrooms), 4.5 bathrooms, 3 dining areas, 2 living areas - with a full kitchen upstairs AND downstairs (with dishwashers in both!)! 3 outdoor living areas with views of the lake on one side and an enchanted forest on the other! Huge Jacuzzi tub in the master suite and 3 fire places. There is a flat screen tv in each bedroom and one in each living area with satellite. And of course free wireless internet! Equipped with a washer and dryer. This lovely home sleeps 11-12 comfortably (this includes sofas). 10 minutes to Roaring River State Park (trout season is March 1st - Oct 31st). Minutes to Kings River. Eureka Springs AR is a beautiful 15 minute drive away! Visit their festivals, car rallies, shopping, restaurants, art or night life! Or watch The Passion Play (and don't miss Bike Blues and BBQ in September)! Just a 30 minute drive, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park is a one of a kind experience for nature lovers and adventure seekers of all ages! With miles of crystal-clear trout streams, cascading waterfalls, ancient burial caves, unique hand built bridges and bottomless, blue green pools. If fun and excitement are what you're after, Silver Dollar City and White Water are just 45 minutes away! Take advantage of shopping, shows and dining in Branson MO, just 55 minutes away! Don't forget your golf clubs because Holiday Island (with it's beautiful gold courses) is just 8 minutes away! This lovely home is stocked with movies, games and books for your enjoyment! This is a very clean and immaculate home! Perfect for large families, multiple families and retreats! Sleeps 8 in beds, 4 on couches. Comfortably sleeps 11-12 but room for a few more on love seats! If you are bringing your boat you can call Eagle Rock Marina 417-271-3398 and rent a nightly slip for $20 per nite (prices may change). No dock slip at this property.

September Vacation
Beautiful view of the lake, peaceful surroundings. We spread a bag of corn for the deer half way between the house and lake and watched them eat every morning. The only negative was the bag of trash/food left in the kitchen by previous renter, ut had a slight smell when we arrived. Everything else was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area

Perfect get away for the family. We had plenty of room to eat together, play games, read books, kayak, fish, swim, play corn hole, watch a movie & hang out by the camp fire! We had plenty of room for all our college students to put up thier hammicks and rest & read. We will be back!!!

Quick birthday getaway
We loved staying here!!! It's perfectly tucked away but still close enough to little areas like Eureka Springs. It had more than enough space for 4 adult couples. We loved the huge outdoor firepit and tons of space to play games and grill dinner. The owner was awesome about responding to any questions and needs. Thank you!!

Nice place for a family getaway
This was a very roomy and well-designed house for a three generational family getaway. It’s on a small inlet from the lake so very quiet and private, all while still having open access to the lake. The host was very quick to respond to any messages. It had at least the basic kitchen tools/appliances. Eureka Springs is only about 18 minutes south and is a fun place to check out. Branson’s about an hour away. We would definitely consider staying here again

Mettling retreat
This is the perfect house and location for our family!!!! We are lake people and enjoy boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing!!! This location is beautiful and we love the quiet cove! The house is so pretty and comfortable. It is very spacious!! It is stocked with everything we could possibly need. The property owner is so helpful and friendly!!! We had a wonderful vacation due to this amazing place!!! Beautiful memories made!!!!

Super Clean and So Roomy
Property is super clean, and plenty enough space to accommodate a large family or group. Gas grill available, coffee pot, many utensils, pots, pans, small fans in the bedrooms, and extra lawn chairs. Kayaks with life jackets, (bring kiddos their own though). It’s a hike down to the water, but overall not too bad. I would definitely rent again.

Great place
This was a great lake house for our family reunion. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and having the lily pad and kayaking. The house is spacious enough for us to spread out. We enjoyed having the 2 kitchens and the main kitchen is wonderful. The A/C is quirky so there were times when we were warm and one room very cold . Hosts are wonderful and responded quickly to all questions and even came to repair a broken door handle. This is a great place!! We had a wonderful time!!

Awesome property!
We had a great time! Loved the cove and the spacious house! We had a problem with the AC not working, however the host responded very quickly and got it fixed. We also appreciate the host having wasp spray available. It was very nice to have on hand. We enjoyed the kayaks and the easy walk to the water and all around beautiful and private location. We're hoping to return next year. Thanks for sharing your house with us 😁

We have stayed here before with a different group and it always can accommodate different ages. This time it was adults and 3 children ages 2,5,7. They do have a spiral staircase to the basement but the 2 year old did fine with it. There is an outside entrance to the basement from the patio. Lots of family gathering space for meals and games. We kept our boat at Eagle Rock Marina 5 minutes away. Went to Eureka Springs 20 minutes away. Quick grocery run to Dollar General or Holiday Island. The kids loved the kayaks.

Girls Getaway
Four Seniors stayed for a week. Had a wonderful time. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Sat on the front porch in the mornings. Enjoyed the back patio in the afternoon and evening. Plenty of space. Every thing we needed was available in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast every morning and had either lunch, dinner or snacks for our other meals. Small grocery store was near by and had everything we needed. Even closer was a Dollar General. Short drive into Eureka Springs with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Hopefully we will be returning sooner rather than later.

End of the road Lake House
House is spacious. Location is good, with access to lake in quiet cove. Plenty of room for families and larger groups. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy - covered porch, small deck, large patio, amazing fire pit area. Comfortable beds. Odd, quirky, dated decor...but all clean and functional. Kitchen cookware and dishes were few and left much to be needed and desired. It was a challenge to cook for large group, even though the kitchen is large and has gourmet potential. Come for the privacy and outdoor space. You will not be disappointed.

Great Ozark Escape!
My only complaint, if you could call it a complaint, is the weird way the heat/air unit is hooked up. Not how it’s hooked up, but which bedrooms would be cold while others hot. Had we known this ahead of time we would have made different sleeping arrangements, like, you sleep here if you like the temperatures colder while sleeping and hear if you like it warm. Instead we had some freezing while others sweating. Other than that it was a great stay! It is a very private and beautiful place. The property manager was very prompt in getting back to me when I had questions.

Perfect Get-Away
I have rented many VRBO homes and I must say the owners here are the most wonderful people to rent from. The hospitality that they show & give makes your stay so enjoyable & comfortable. For the home: WOW - you practically get 2 houses in one. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough room. It would be perfect for large groups as well being that the bottom floor is living quarters but the top floor is as well: both equipped with plenary of space, kitchen, etc. The house was so clean and comfortable and sitting outside by the lake with the fire pit going was perfect. Plenary to do at the house & a very short distance to everything you need. Secluded enough to be away from it all but close enough to do and get whatever you need. Our stay was perfect - the house is beautiful & relaxing and the owners are such sweet and kind people, making this stay & this VRBO home PERFECT in every way!

Nice Getaway
We enjoyed our weekend family getaway at this roomy secluded lake house. The lake wasn’t visible due to the dense trees in the wooded area on that side of the house, but a trek down the hill took us to a small gravel lakeside (beach?) that has some good sized boulders placed for seating. A couple of us waded out into the lake a few feet but otherwise we just enjoyed the view. The road and driveway to the house are crude rock pathways but easily navigable. Beds are nothing special but comfortable. The interior of the home is super clean. Good modern appliances but the overarching look is 1980’s style. Plenty of furniture, closet space, lighting, and electrical outlets. Refrigerator is huge and kitchen is well equipped for stovetop, oven, microwave cooking, along with a gas grill outside, including utensils and cookware. Kitchen sinks, especially the faucets are due for an upgrade. HVAC is tricky to balance the temps. Our room was an arctic whirlwind while the main open area of the house raised to 75° while we were running the dryer. Property manager communicated well and was awesome!

MISSOURI TRIP
OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD TRIP. BETTER THAN OTHERS WE HAVE BEEN TO. BUT NOT THE BEST WE HAVE BEEN TO. Vents and other locations had a lot of dust/dirt that just needs wiping down. The TV in the master bedroom was the oldest in the house and had a hard time getting it to work. The picture of the beach/boat parking we could not find or determine where it was at. Did not have a Slow cooker but we went and purchased one. Just a few little things that had added up. On a good note we did not have any issues with the internet at all. We did not use it much but when we did we had no issues at all. Slow but so are we. Drive was great and plenty of parking. Fishing was fun the little amount we did. The area has a lot to offer and a lot of things to do and see. .we gave it a 90 out of 100 or a 8.5 out of 10

Absolutely wonderful
We have been traveling to Table Rock lake area with our family every summer for the past 13 years and this house was amazing. We had 9 people with us and had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have there own space. This house has so much space it’s incredible. Each couple having there own bathroom was a big plus in itself. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening while the kids enjoyed the fire pit, we even saw a family of deer one morning sitting out there right in the back yard area. We all enjoyed being able to walk right down to the water and go swimming every afternoon, the lily pad is a nice extra perk as well. A few of the adult kids took the kayaks out a few times and really enjoyed that as well. So many extras with this house it was amazing. Everything Is in relative close distance, the boys took the boat out and were able to do some fishing on Beaver Lake, Lake Taneycomo as well as Table Rock. The girls took the 45-50 minute drive in to Branson to do some shopping as well as some shopping in Eureka Springs. The whole process of checking in as well as checking out was a breeze. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank You so much for sharing your home with us!!

Lovely spacious home with fabulous view
Home was fabulous and spacious. Be aware that the trek down to the water was farther than it looked in the pictures but doable with care. huge bonus that hosts supplied lots of seasoned wood for the fire pit. That doesn't happen often at other rentals.
