"I want to say it is terrible so I can come back again and again but I have to be honest and say this was the most beautiful spring break we've had. I hope to come back to Stella's hideaway many times. The accommodations are so very thoughtful and Keith is a wonderful 'neighbor' and host. He went out of his way to make sure we felt like we were right at home. This place is one of a kind. We saw the northern lights 3 nights in a row. Can't wait to come back when it is warm and try out all the fun...

"The location couldn't have been better. The weather was exceptional for outdoor activity. The accommodations were clean and well appointed with everything we needed to cook at home. We enjoyed sitting on the deck hoping to see wildlife but didn't. We did have a visitor one night. One morning we woke up to the lock on the garbage container broken and knocked over with bear paw prints as evidence, but no bear in sight. "Perfect for our visit for MTU winter carnival. Kitchen well stocked , garage with lots of room for any winter gear and loading/unloading car. Pleasantly surprised with quick snow removal each day."

"It snowed a ton while we were there and they did a good job of keeping the snow plowed. The place was clean. The three bedrooms worked great for our family. Coffee bar was well stocked with keurig pods. "

"The Copper Harbor Peninsula is so quiet this time of year, exactly what I was looking for. The well-equipped house was easy to find and access and perfectly set up. "We had a great short weekend at this property. A couple of things we noticed that brought down the rating just a bit - some of the dishes were put away dirty (seemed to have oil or butter on them) and the dishwasher didn’t seem to get dishes fully cleaned. We also noticed that anytime the stovetop was on it would make the smoke alarms go off (food was not burnt or smoky, it just happened immediately after turning the burners on) unless the stove vent fan was on which was kind of concerning. "

"Stayed here for a Boho trip. Nothing but nice things to stay, had a great visit!! Owner was awesome at communication and very clear with check in and check out. Highly recommend"
