A magical place for a magical experience
We had our wedding at the ranch with our friends and families that we gathered at the ranch for an all week-end. People from 5 different continents gathered and everything at to be organized from a distance as we were at the other end of the world when we did our booking. This place and the service offered by its owner Lisa and her team made it possible and an unforgettable moment for everyone. If you ever plan an event for your loved ones in a magical place and breathtaking landscape, don't hesitate this is it !

Family vacation
This was our second year at this property and the kids already want to go back again next year. It is an ideal location just outside Eagle Nest and between Angel Fire and Red River. The house and bunkhouse offered plenty of room for our group of 25. Everything was in order, but the biggest appeal is the land which offers plenty for us to do and enjoy and the surrounding beauty is amazing. It is close to a lot of hiking which is our favorite. This year, we were there on the Fourth and there was a parade in town and beautiful fireworks which we could see from the deck. The host was very responsive to any question I had by the next day if not sooner.

Our 21st Family Fun Week
A perfect spot for our large 4-generational family. The rooms fit everyone's needs and the game room was the center point for our activities. The cabin was also lovely and provided early morning wildlife viewing and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing a hearty breakfast each day. Not any fault on the location, but several members were in a love/hate relationship with the stairs (have to admit there are several floors to navigate, but worth each up/down step). The pond allowed catch-n-release fishing and spotting the 2 beavers made it even more exciting. And with the location between Eagle Nest and Red River, we had the opportunity to explore both plus Taos. The owner was easy to communicate with and even got us out of a minor jam after our departure. Overall, we had a most enjoyable time and would gladly return.

Amazing Place for a large Family
My whole family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2023. The place was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. There was plenty of room for all 26 of us to sleep and have our Thanksgiving dinner very comfortably. We rented both the Cabin and Bunkhouse and it was very clean and comfortable. There is plenty to do around the area but also feels like a private retreat due to the size and location of the property. We definitely recommend this property in every way.

A good setting for family time together
We brought 23 folks across 4 generations to stay at the ranch and found we had plenty of space across the 3 buildings (Cabin, Lodge and Bunkhouse) for our time together. Beautiful setting and yet very accessible to Eagle Nest and not far from attractions in Red River, Angel Fire, Cimmaron Canyon and even Taos. A bit of deferred maintenance in spots, but the property owner is taking action on that. Property owner very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Family vacation
We had an amazing time. We were a family of 26 ranging in ages from 1-68 and it was perfect for us. The house is amazing with 6 large bedrooms and a loft with 4 beds as well as multiple bathrooms. This was great for the little kids and adults. The teenagers stayed in the bunkhouse which was great. The place is in a beautiful location with mountains on both sides and plenty of wildlife. We saw deer and elk in the area and lots of prairie dogs and many bird species. There is a creek that runs through the land with a small pond. Even though it feels remote, it was only 20 minutes from Red River and Angel Fire and only a few minutes from Eagle Nest. Overall, it could not have been any better. My family is already wanting to go back. The owner was very attentive and responsive.

Reunion
Owner was very responsive when we had concerns. All in all we enjoyed the entire family being together in one place. Having a lodge separate from sleeping quarters helped with the noise of early rising kids. We enjoyed hiking and exploring the surrounding area. Beautiful NM

Loved the property and the views! We enjoyed doing lots of things in Red river which is close by. The house was super big to fit my group of 30. However, only downfall when you have a big group is the main house is not attached to the bunkhouse/playhouse. You have to drive down the road (still on the property) to it. The bunkhouse is attached to the playhouse/kitchen. The main house is down the road and has the bigger bedrooms. Bunkhouse has 4 full beds and the rest are bunk beds. Wish the site had all the pictures of the sleeping arrangements. Super clean and easy to talk to Elizabeth! Im from out of state and the altitude is no joke!!! We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Location
The ranch has a beautiful view and was clean and comfortable. There are dozens of hummingbirds and thousands of prairie dogs to watch, as well as deer and elk. We had 27 people staying at the property, from infants on up, and the property worked very well for us. The bunkhouse is about 1/4 mile from the main cabin, which is not apparent from the listing, but was a relatively easy walk along the road. The pool table, ping pong table, puzzles and dominoes provided lots of entertainment. The kitchen at the cabin had everything we needed to cook meals for everyone. Eagle Nest is a quiet, quaint town, and we enjoyed exploring it as well as Angel Fire and Red River. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Large Group Fall Retreat
We rented the whole property for a retreat for our group of 28; and could not have been more delighted. The accommodations were amazing. The lodge is the perfect central meeting place for meals and games at night. Both the house and the Bunkhouse were perfect for our sleeping arrangements. The times we did have questions over the course of the stay, they were answered immediately. It's in a great centralized location for many activities. Our only complaint is that weekends aren't longer, because we would've loved to be there for a few more days.
