"The Bell Tower apartment was a fun, unique place to stay. It was nice to have our own place. Although there are other apartments adjoining ours, we couldn't hear anyone else. "Overall the place met our needs. Location was great for us. Pros. We enjoyed the comfy beds and showers, the neat and tidy space, laundry and a big kitchen. Cons. You can hear the neighbors upstairs day and night including an electric guitar that started at midnight on a week night. One of us went upstairs and had to ask them the stop. The lights flicker constantly at random. WiFi is slow."
