"Such a good location! We loved the fact that we parked when we checked in and could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. There was a minor hiccup at check-in (accidentally gave us the wrong room number) and they were so apologetic & even brought us a treat later that night to apologize again. "Solo travelled and it was very safe. Old hotel but great location (4 min. drive/15 min. walk to Idaho Central Arena and downtown). Wi-Fi was consistent. Sink hot water didn't work but there were two sinks so I just used the other sink. The balcony door had a makeshift lock. Front and cleaning staff were very friendly. Old rooms but great location and a great price."

"Property is located in a good spot in downtown Boise. Walking distance to much of the nightlife downtown. The staff was not as friendly as they could have been, but still helpful. Shower had a crack in tile, as did the toilet. For a hotel of this caliber I would expect a little better."

"The HVAC in the room wouldn’t stay at set temp. I had to set it very low to get it on then it drifted up slowly to very warm so I had to keep either pulling up the comforter or throwing it off to use only a sheet. And having no blanket as an intermediate cover made the staying asleep very difficult. "

"Staff is friendly. Check in was effortless. I used the online pre check-in. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean. There is automatically a 12pm check out making it perfect as my meeting wasn't until 1pm. On line check-out was easy."

"We were pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was. However, there was some trash left over in our room. I am sure it was just an oversight. I contacted the manager via text and it was taken care of straight away. The staff here take great pride in customer service. I loved that it was like a home with a kitchen, fridge, and stove top. It was easy to park and come and go as we pleased. Only one of our nights was noisy, but in a hotel it is kinda expected I guess. "
