We reached out to the Agent of the place regarding a WiFi and how to connect the tv as it is an old Sinotec smart tv, we only got the password from the lady and she ignored communications on how to connect the tv. She also ignored communication of where should we get the keys to the pool from. I even sent messages on the Hotels.com website to the property and nobody responded. "

"The unit was fine. Nothing exceptional. It was clean, but the kitchen counters are badly stained. The bathroom is very small, no bath, the shower leaks, and the toilet needs replacing. Enough cupboard space in the bedrooms which was refreshing. The view is good, but you do look over the lifeguard's "container", which is not fantastic. Overall, you get what you pay for. "
