"Property bore no resemblance to the picture on the website. Outside area full of weeds. Paint peeling off building and stairs. Window blinds filthy and mouldy. Washbasin tiny. No soap or toiletries. No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. Door only closed by a Yale lock so insecure "

"I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words. "Overnight stay in Peterborough to catch a show at the New Theatre which is 5 minutes walk up the road. Checked in with ease, friendly lady to greet us, check in was super quick.
