"The pods are very clean and tidy, nicely secluded within the forest, the whole site is well maintained with good facilities. The coffee and takeaway area was lovely to sit at near the pool, meals in the restaurant were also very good. Good base for cycling around with plenty of tracks and trails, excellent for the celebrations on Ginkel Heath. Would definitely stay again. "

"The place is lovely, but beware of Belvilla. I meant to book through Vrbo but had trouble with my American credit card so went through Belvilla instead. Huge mistake. I ended up accidentally booking multiple units, which were cancelled except for 2. Despite repeated attempts with multiple representatives they would not cancel the other one so I ended up with 2. "Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, schöne Sitzecke, gute Betten und sogar ein privater Steg zum Baden. Bei der Lage ist allerdings zu beachten, dass man im Grunde nur mit dem Auto anreisen kann da der nächste Ort zu Fuß 50 Minuten entfernt ist. Von dort aus kann man allerdings per pr und Bahn nach Utrecht fahren."

However, the kitchen could be equipped with basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking oil. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I slept well. "We stayed in the island lodge. The lodge itself is very nice, only downpoint of the actual lodge is lack of storage space in the kitchen. My biggest complaints about this place were 1. When making the booking it NEVER mentioned that the only way to access your lodge is via a small rowing boat. I kid you not.
