"Stayed only 1 night in this hotel. Did not take advantage of any of the spa services or the pool. The room was large and comfortable and the balcony was also lovely. The location is away from the city itself, but the hotel's setting is quite nice, along the river, with a fun arcade and mini-mall area in the plaza in front of it. The prices in the restaurant were very good and the quality of the food, both dinner service and breakfast buffet, was quite high. Would enjoy staying here again. "

"Good location, right in town. Clean and pretty building, friendly staff. Several places nearby for lunch and dinner, however most onky open at 10 or later and hotel doesn't provide breakfast. Closest 8 AM breakfast was 10 minute walk. "

"Stay was fine, but had an issue when I was checking in. They couldn't find my reservation through Hotels.com and had to pay again for the same room. The issue got cleared the following day, but what if I hadn't the extra cash to pay for the night on the spot?? I'd have been stranded."

"Very overrated Hotel it does not deserve the ratings! They can't cope at breakfast time and there is not enough room for the guests to have the breakfast! Not enough staff to replenish the food clear away the tables. As for the spar they wanted €32 for 3 hours to use the facilities. We got this free as someone had already paid and not turned up! But I had paid for this I would have been extremely disappointed, the jacuzzi water was not hot but cold, the steam room was so small and the sauna...

"Stayed at this Hotel before excellent Hotel and Spa 5 stars only a few small concerns, not enough rubbish bins in the room, no milk in the room ! Would definitely recommend this Hotel ! "Nice resort very close to Vilnius. The lake around the resort makes this a special place. We did really enjoy the Spa and the lake. unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed and it felt a bit like not all activities were available. it was a midweek stay in July, so that might have something to do with it. However, it also meant that there was ample space at the lake."

"Pluses: the very center, nice avenue next with dancing fountains probably some 100 meters to walk, beautiful church infront, nice loby and restaurant surrounding. Building is probably from soviet era, but inside the room very clean. Minuses: not very friendly receptionist. We were told we must be present at the breakfast room from 8am to 9am (and explained it was because of covid reason to have less clients at the same time because later hours were booked). "The rooms do not have AC which is understandable. But, of the four windows, only one opens a slight crack, restricting any breeze or air circulation. Especially after a shower the room becomes a hot box on warm days. The place is one opening window away fe being a good stay. As it was we were sweltering and had to request a fan which was provided.
