"This was a beautiful and comfotable place to stay for the weekend of the Boston marathon. I stayed here with my 2 young kids and my parents. We all were very pleased with our stay here. The kids loved the games and the fences in yard. We also enjoyed a short 20 minute walk to the beach to collect rocks and sea shells. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt very safe and secure staying here. "

"Our host met us upon our arrival. We got there about an hour later than we expected, but still before dinner. Rick was there and explained every bit of the apartment and it was actually better than described. We were in the area to meet up with friends, and didn’t plan on doing any cooking at the apartment, and that was a shame. The appliances were brand new, including the 6 burner gas stove. We did use the coffee pot and the refrigerator, but ate out every meal. Rick has supplied a great binder with listings of places to go and restaurants, all laminated and pretty much current on prices. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and bright. We were very fortunate with the weather and the views of the bay, over the marina were to die for.Rick is a fantastic host, and the only issue we had were the stairs. My sisters and I are all suffering with knee problems, and had we some and gone numerous times a day, would have had a debilitating influence on our bodies. We went into this apartment knowing it was on the second floor, and knowing we were not in our 40’s anymore. Once we left in the morning, we didn’t return until evening, so it wasn’t a big issue.The big-screen television was great, and offered google tv. It was also able to use my online entertainment services, so evenings relaxing by the tv were just like being home.I honestly think this apartment is a place we will visit again."

"We had a wonderful long weekend here. The house is well-maintained and right on the beach. We were there in the off season but enjoyed the peace and the long walks along the beach and into the neighboring Duxbury area. Easy drive from Boston and close to the Plymouth historic areas. Looking forward to seeing it in-season!"

"The cottage has a great location with a fantastic porch that overlooks the bay. This is the number one highlight where you can sit and overlook the moon, the waves, and not see the neighbors. Inside the main floor has great open space with tons of room and a nice large table. The kitchen is small but has all of the essentials that you need. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a stall shower and a second bathroom with a tub/shower and washer/dryer. The four bedrooms are upstairs and all but the "kids" room have ocean views. Based on the age of the house, everything has little creaks as you would expect. The house just needs a little bit of smoothing 'around the edges' to really make it shine. Most of the outside solar lights did not work and there was no working outside light on the porch. The outlet for the microwave didn't work and required you to move it to sit on top of the stove. Wall switches in the bedrooms control some outlets, but not the ones with the lights. The welcome book was hidden on the bookshelf instead of set out on the table. The listing states there is a firepit, but there was not one present and the host took several days to reply to the question about it was located. Overall, these are some small issues that could be easily fixed to really help make the house fit the price per night. The little town has some nice restaurants and the house is located to take advantage of being close to Plymouth, Boston, and Cape Cod. "

"We spent a week at the SeaBreeze and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The a/c was a great addition as we were there through a 90 degree stretch of late July/early August. Washing machine, ample parking, beach chairs, children’s toys, this spot has all the amenities and is an easy walk to Green Harbor Beach, the General Store, and the Lobster Pound. Jenna is very communicative and an all around great host. Highly recommended!"
