"The hotel was a modest 3 star . The location is great but the building is tired and needs updating. Breakfast was good. I just wouldn’t claim that it was a 4 star hotel, in its heyday, maybe."

"Nice play to stay in Waterville. Walking distance to great pubs and restaurants and the beach. Waterville is near the dark sky area in Kerry so we saw great stars on our walk home in the evening"
