"The house is gorgeous, the kids loved the rooms and the resort facilities. I would easily have given a 4 or even a 5 star overall rating if it wasn’t for the following: 1. Before booking I noticed a number of reviews mentioning the fridge not working properly. I made an enquiry about it was told there was no issue. "Brilliant stay, place and amenities. A couple of issues with the set up, however David from Unlimited Hunter Valley arrived within 30 mins to rectify, no hot water! No gas heater, inoperative according to the owner. Thank goodness it was April & not to cold yet. Pool was a bit chilly as advertised as heated."
