"We had a very relaxing stay at the beautiful cottage. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was perfect with all that we needed. The beds were clean and soft. The spa was very nice to use after a day of hiking and biking. The host also provided 3 bikes which we made full use of. Would highly recommend this place and would surely visit again."

"We absolutely loved this property - it had the old feel of the original cottage but was beautifully renovated but had everything we needed for a modern ,comfortable stay There wasn’t anything that hadn’t been thought of - all the modern appliances, luxurious bathroom products and bedding and even a few books and games for the kids .communication the Bree the owner was excellent We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends "

"We had a lovely time in this comfortable and cosy cottage. It was a great place for a winter getaway! The kids had a great time, so much to do in Ballarat. The cottage was easy to find and easy to get to all the places that we wanted to visit!"

The owner said he would be leaving after he put the towels away however he came back on another occasion, did not knock and just walked inside. The house was FILTHY!!!!! "We had a wonderful and comfortable 1 night stay at this thoughtfully decorated Hotel in historic Ballarat. Dinner and Breakfast at Lola Restaurant were top notch and personell friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway. "
