On entry to the apartment is a family bathroom and corridor leading to the master bedroom with double bed, and second bedroom with zip and link bed which can be made up as either a double or a twin. So bad we left after one night
The smell of cigarette smoke hit you before got in front door. It had pervaded everything including the bedding so horrible sleeping in the beds. The kitchen was tatty and smelt strongly of curry. Many of the listed items were not in the apartment. It was so bad we moved out the next morning to a lovely clean smelling, fully equipped house we managed to find. Have phone and emailed Toast Lettings to complain and request a refund. No response! Do not stay here or use them would be my advice.

Smelled of smoke
The apartment is at the end of a corridor and the smell of smoke was obvious on approaching the door. The whole flat smelled strongly of stale smoke and it appeared likely to have been inhabited by a long term smoker previously. .
