Located on ten private acres, Larosa Lane Farmstead is a restored and modernized 1860s Catskills Farmhouse with 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths spanning 2,900 sq/ft. It comfortably sleeps nine guests and is loaded with amenities. Settle in for the night around the vintage wood-burning stove, soak up the sun and stellar Hudson Valley views on our massive outdoor deck featuring a brand new Weber grill, or cuddle up with a book, tea, and mountain views in one of the home’s reading nooks. During the Fall, you can even go apple picking on the farm!
You’ll also be able to cook incredible meals in a large, fully-stocked open kitchen and a 10-person dining table and gather around a 65-inch, 4K Smart TV for movie nights. While you’re here, tackle any projects remotely in our large home office.

When updating the home, we took special care to preserve its vintage charm while also providing modern convenience and comfort. As an example, you’ll climb a vintage spiral staircase into the newly furnished master bedroom! Many items were carefully sourced from local antique stores, auctions, and estate sales to share with our guests.
Durham, New York, is the perfect combination of an outdoor explorers paradise coupled with small-town charm. Guests can spend their days hiking many trails within the Catskills, finding small treasures in our nearby antique and farm stores, exploring the farm, or eating at dozens of great local restaurants, breweries, and vineyards. If you’re here in the winter, there is incredible skiing at both Windham and Hunter mountains. The Hudson Valley is a special place, and we know you’ll love it here.
Explore our 10 private acres featuring hay fields, 5 acres of forest, a private dirt road perfect for morning strolls or walking the dog, and our stand of apple trees where you can go apple picking (when in season).
