The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. The property had everything we may need, including games consoles which was a pleasant surprise to our children. "We transferred to this house after being let down by another. The owner communicated well (in French) with us as we made the transfer. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently. The house is large with large grounds in a rural setting. The pool was heated to 26 degrees and maintained by the owner. It was the focus of our visit with the children and grandchildren. "We stayed hear a group of 7 upstairs of the mill is of a good standard downstairs could do with a bit of modernisation however this did not spoil our stay the location is fantastic right on the river with no other property to close to spoil the quiet we had one problem with 2 mattresses being hard and uncomfortable we spoke to the owner in the morning despite a few language problems she agreed to change them a 5 pm Sunday night the same day 2 new mattresses arrived the best service I've ever...
