Surrounded by greenery, this serene holiday home in Durbuy accommodates 12 people in its spacious bedrooms. It is perfect for a group or families with children travelling together. It comes with a relaxing terrace, and barbecue. The surrounding trees and nature is all you need to spend a rejuvenating day. You need to travel only 8 km to reach the public swimming pool and enjoy a swim. In 3 km yuo can find the baker and supermarket to purchase everything for your daily needs. The living room with cozy wood stove and the central heating makes the indoor space warm and relaxing. The open kitchen has all modern amenities and you will find it quite simple to cook for a large group. The terrace and garden with furniture are ideal for spending time in the nature enjoying a warm barbecue. If you want recreation you can try the table football inside. Additional the home provide cot and high chair (small fee) and parking. Train station is at 3 km. Parties and bachelor parties are not allowed and night noise is strictly controlled.

Leuk vakantieverblijf voor een gezelschap van ongeveer 10 personen. Rustige omgeving, huis van alle gemakken voorzien en voldoende ruim. Redelijk wat te doen in omgeving als je bereid bent om wat kilometers te maken Een paar kleine opmerkingen: - Badkamers/wc's ruiken nogal en met name de badkamers zijn ietwat onveilig door het ontbreken van anti slip matjes. - Sleutels en bedlinnen op ongeveer 16 km afstand ophalen en inleveren vonden wij wat onhandig.

Ein großes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Leider ist vorallem die Außenanlage nicht gepflegt, die Wege nicht gekehrt, die Fenster schon lange nicht geputzt, die Schaukel einsturzgefährdet. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet, zu wenig Besteck, Schüsseln oder Schneidebretter, die Spülmaschine reparaturbedürftig, fast alle Türen schleifen am Boden und gehen nur mit Krafteinsatz auf. Wir fühlten uns nicht begrüßt, da es kein Klopapier, keine Seife, keine Prospekte, keine Grundausstattung in der Küche wie Salz und Pfeffer, Spüli oder Tabs gab. Leider hat die Verwaltung auf unsere Mängelanzeige kaum reagiert. Wenn man das weiß und alles mitbringt, kann man dort trotzdem schönen Urlaub machen.

Heel leuk verblijf. Leuke wandelingen in buurt. Jammer dat er veel extra kosten zijn, aangezien je al zoveel betaalt voor het poetsen (vb. € 10 bij het niet leegmaken van de vaatwasser, haard niet leegmaken...). Grote bedden, heel comfortabel. Afmetingen vermelden voor beddengoed. Jacuzzi is een leuke extra, maar water stonk een beetje.

Helaas kijk ik achteraf terug met een slecht gevoel. Laat ik toch beginnen met het positieve. Het is een leuk ruim huis met goede bedden, een ruime keuken waar alles werkt, ruime douches en de jacuzzi was schoon en stond aan bij aankomst (op verzoek). De ligging is mooi, het huis is vrijstaand echter zijn er mogelijk buren die in hetzelfde weekend aanwezig kunnen zijn en die staan op enkele meters verwijderd. De rede dat ik toch met een naar gevoel achterblijf komt door de eindafrekening. Belangrijk om te weten is dat wij als een groep van 12 personen al zo'n 25 jaar huisjes huren (meestal in de Ardennen) en nog nooit onderstaande ervaring hebben gehad. We zijn gewoon wat vrienden met weinig eisen. Toen we het huis hebben geboekt waren we op de hoogte van de (hoge) eindschoonmaak van 175,- dus daar ga ik niet over klagen. Wat echter een probleem is is dat in België al het vuil gescheiden moet worden, -geen probleem- echter was er alleen 1 duo bak aanwezig voor 12 personen, geen bak voor glas, papier, plastic enz. We kregen bij de receptie (15km verderop !) 1 zak mee om alle sappakken, blik en plastic in te zamelen. Dat gaat natuurlijk nooit voor 12 personen voor een lang weekend, uiteindelijk moet je dus ook deze zak 15km mee terug brengen naar de receptie, dit was lastig omslachtig en vies, want de auto's zaten vol met mensen en bagage. Verder zijn ons kosten van €30,- doorberekend om de vaatwasser uit te ruimen, jawel dat lees je goed. We moesten om 10.00 uit het huisje en een wasprogramma duurt 3 uur, dus je moet de vaatwasser 2x aangezet hebben voor 10.00 als je met 12 man ontbijt! Tevens is er €20,- berekend om de Senseo, oven en koelkast te reinigen. Het grappige is dat de Senseo niet gebruikt is door ons, de koelkast en de oven schoner achtergelaten is door ons, dan dat wij hem aantroffen bij aankomst. Kortom, het is ons een raadsel waar je €175,- voor moet betalen. Verder is het belangrijk om te weten dat Belvilla geprobeerd heeft te onderhandelen met de verhuurder en om bewijs heeft gevraagd, echter zonder resultaat. Geen klachten over Belvilla. Jammer, want het huis is fraai, ruim en niet al te duur.

1) Het veranda rek op de 1e etage stond los Wij hadden 5 kinderen bij ons , zoals gemeld . Levensgevaarlijk . 2) Het bidet in de badkamer op de parterre zat los , ook dit was levensgevaarlijk 3) Het huis was smerig , hele grote stofwolken in alle kamers –overal spinnen raggen –de badkamer tegels en douche cabine onder de schimmel . 3 van onze mensen hebben astma met als gevolg jeukende ogen- verstopte neus – benauwd etc 4) De jacuzzi was niet schoon 3 van de kindjes zaten onder de uitslag op armen –buik- en benen . Ook waren er geen controle strips zodat wij het water niet konden controleren . Wij hebben de jacuzzi dan ook maar 1 dag kunnen gebruiken 5) Het tafelvoetbal spel was stuk –het dartbord waren geen pijlen .Dit alles was al bekend bij de receptie ,bleek bij vertrek . 6) In de vriezer in de keuken lagen nog eten resten van de vorige huurder zoals ijs etc. Zoals u kunt begrijpen alle accommodaties waar wij het huis op hadden uit gekozen waren niet of bijna niet bruikbaar . Daarnaast waren er levensgevaarlijke situaties in het huis wat ons weekend enorm beïnvloed heeft op een negatieve manier . Ook moeten wij nog eens 175 euro betalen voor een schoonmaak . Wij zelf kwamen in een huis wat zeker niet schoon was , verre van dat .

Het huis ziet er mooi en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Helaas ligt het huis in een omgeving waar veel gepensioneerden hun vrije tijd doorbrengen. Na 2200 mag niemand meer buiten zitten en overdag mag er ook bijna geen geluid gemaakt worden buiten. Met een jacuzzi en tafeltennistafel is dat heel lastig. Mensen in de omgeving klagen heel snel. Dit is echt een vakantiehuis voor een groep van ouderen.
