Charming Holiday Home In Durbuy with Garden

This comfortable holiday home in Durbuy holds an area of 200 ㎡ and has 3 bedrooms with views of Ourthe river as you wake up. Landscaped garden for relaxed mornings will add to the peace and comfort here. Ideal for a large family/ group of 6, it is a perfect pick for leisure travelers.

The gorgeous natural surroundings will invite you to take long hikes, so you can breathe in as much of its fresh air as you can. You can also go kayaking to the river in the summers.

Apart from a charming décor, the home has a wood stove, to keep you comfortable on chilly days. There is a private garden and a barbecue facility so that you can enjoy sunny days as well as evenings with delicious meals. A kitchen which is fully-equipped and washing machine facility is helpful for families with kids. Cot and high chair are available on request.

The train station 500 m away keeps you connected with other parts of the city.

Schöne Lage, Fluss direkt vor dem Haus. Schönes Haus mit allem, was Sie brauchen, und schönen Betten! Wunderschöne Umgebung, schöne Wanderwege vom Haus aus und viel zu unternehmen in der Umgebung. Günstige Anreise vom Bahnhof, 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Schöne Gartenstühle würden das Ganze vervollständigen!

Fijn verblijf gehad
Alles was in orde aan deze woning; een praktische keuken, een gezellige woonkamer en ruime slaapkamers. De kamerindeling kon misschien beter; er is maar één dubbel bed, de rest zijn enkele bedden en stapelbedden. Je kon heel wat uitstappen doen van hieruit; van wandelen langs het water over het pittoreske Durbuy tot een gezellige kerstmarkt.

Fijn huis, mooi ingericht. Complete keuken, ruime kamers en prima badkamer. Mooie uitvalsplek voor wandelingen, maar ook voor een dagje Luik (tip: neem de trein vanuit Sy), de grotten van Remouchamps of dieren- en klimpark Forestia. Als het raam van de slaapkamer dicht is, heb je geen last van de trein. Wel jammer dat er geen tuinstoelen zijn om lekker buiten te kunnen lezen of zo. De picknicktafel is functioneel, maar niet comfortabel. Maar verder is het een heel fijn huis.

Het huisje is heel mooi gelegen langs de Ourthe en de omgeving is rustig. Met de trein kan je van hier uit overal naar toe. De NMBS voorziet een weekpas van 18 euro voor jongeren onder 26 jaar. Het huisje is vlakbij de treinhalte. 4' op de trein voor de boodschappen in Hamoir. Binnen het uur is er een trein terug. De omgeving is heel mooi.

De camping aan de overkant van de Ourthe en van waar het vakantiehuisje ligt had dit weekend een feesttent geplaatst. Dit bracht mee dat er s'avonds live muziek werd gespeeld. Dit was wel storend tot het verplichte corona sluitingsuur. Wij wisten wel op voorrand toen we dit huisje boekte dat de camping er was alsook de spoorwegbrug over de Ourthe. Vakantiehuis is voor ons goed. Groot huis. Ruime kamers. je kunt buiten gaan zitten maar spijtig dat er geen tuinmeubelen waren, er was enkel een houten tafel met vaste zitbanken.

Leuk, groot huis aan de Ourthe. Kinderen (wat ouder) kunnen aan de overkant spelen en in het water ruime woning, keuken goed voorzien van apparatuur. Vlakbij de woning is een spoorbrug, komt een paar keer per uur een trein langs. Hoor je wel, vonden wij niet storend. Woning heeft digitale TV, ook met Nederlandse zenders. WIFI prima en vlot. Naast het huis een paar terrassen waar je oom kunt zitten met uitzicht op het water. Enige minpunt: de schoonmaak. Niet erg vies te noemen, maar veel insecten en spinnenwebben in de woning. Zaten er duidelijk al langere tijd. Sanitair wel goed schoon.

Aankomst was een beetje verwarrend. Het adres (straatnummer) was niet zo duidelijk, omdat ik nr.25 en 29 reeds gepasseerd was voor ik aan nr.28 aankwam. Accomodatie was zeer goed. Jammer van de krakende trap (die iedereen wakker maakte), de tweede sleutel die ontbrak. Er was spijtig genoeg geen tv.verbinding mogelijk, ook geen internetverbinding, niettegenstaande dit in de map vermeld staat.
