"First of all they only had one key to the room. This was never communicated to me until Sunday when evening when I found my room the way I left in the morning. I engaged them and only then I found out that I was supposed to leave my key with them. No cutlery, cups glasses in the room for coffee and or eating at night. "Our Stay at cozy nest was average , I found that little things like no water in the fridge ...bath not in working order and no coffee offered in the room it self a big no .We were told there was no milk - the rooms however are very clean .but could use with maintenance .Breakfast was not great at all - cold food and not served on time as said at 7am ."
