"We had al lovely stay there. The swimming pool is perfect. Always heated at a nice temperature. Different spots for sitting and an astonishing terrace with an nice view. At night you can spot even some wildlife walking next to your terrace. Very special!"

The house and pool are absolutely impeccable. Designed and renovated to an extremely high standard. Everything was spotless on arrival and had everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area and lots of brochures that really helped us plan our day. "We spent 7 nights at this lovely Chateau des egrons in May 2023. 7 adults, 1 child and 2 small dogs. The location is perfect for a peaceful break yet close enough to venture if wanted. The booking process was easy and ongoing communication from the owner, and once in France the Chateau manager Jayne and her team were on hand for literally anything as they were only 10 minutes away. Would absolutely recommend this amazing place to anyone."

"Very clean pleasant gite offering a spot opposite it to rest. Nothing special to do in the closed surroundings apart canoë but great base to explore a little further: Dune de Pilat and bassin d’Arcachon, Bordeaux the oenologue tour is interesting including testings, Montbazillac and Saint Emilion without missing the historique part of Bergerac. Very good holidays week. The owner is very cheerful. "

"Wonderful property. Conveniently located less than an hour from most of the places we wanted to visit. It reminded us of the houses in Beauty and the Beast, but with running water, electricity and a pool. We had dinner under the outdoor covered eating area every night. One of us saw Tracey every day to ask questions about the place or the area. She was very available. Plenty of grocery stores and bakeries near by. Highly recommend the place."
