"Nice rooms but pools were missing tiles. I had higher expectations of the restaurant for a five star hotel. Some of the local staff members were rude - especially this middle aged male server who almost yelled at me for wanting a drink. He messed up the drink anyway - ordered a Cabernet and he brought me white wine. The bellboy was very kind and helpful but the lady at the reception who checked us in was merely mean. Long wait times for everything. Tiny indoor pool."

"Restorant overcrowded, no tables to seat, another guest picked up an apple from our table, threw at somebody, the staff just watched this unfolds. This is not a negative comment for the hotel but rather the behavior of some of the guests there"

"My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It’s been a great experience, benefiting from an all inclusive package. The room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. We enjoyed good food, beverages, private beach, beautiful pool, inner yard with private parking, entertainment at night. With other words everything checked out, and will consider booking this hotel complex again next time we visit Romania in the summer."

"An renovated hotel that seems to go through intensive renovation. Good spa and pools. Decent breakfast. Very Small rooms and little to do in the evening (mostly for the kids) "

"Der står der er daglig rengøring. Vi fik det måske hveranden dag. Vi var en familie på 4 afsted, der er en lille dobbeltseng 150 cm, og en sofa. Så vores lille datter på 2 år, sov på gulvet på en hynde vi havde taget i receptionen, da de ikke vil tilbyde hjælp. Vi kom kl 23, og der var ingen opredning til børnene. Det fik vi så dag 2. "Rooms are not cleaned (maybe once a week) Rooms are very small and old facilities are not good. At first day my wife was locke in shower and couldn't get out and since there is no emergency call buzzer or phone in shower she needed ask help from other guests. At breakfast you need to wait for about 15 minutes in line in order to get puncakes and food itself was very low quality. Pool is relatevly good and not very crowded. "Dette hotel er slet ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Først og fremmest havde vi bestilt et værelse med udsigt til havet. Dog fik vi et værelse med udsigten til skov og klipper. Havet kunne kun ses meget lidt hvis man gik ud på terrassen. Derudover var værelserne ikke rene. Der var edderkoppespind og døde myrer indenfor. Det værste var, at selve toilettet var meget urent. "Tv dont have hdmi socket for our amazon fire stick, that was litteraly our only problem, we assumed they would have as they had flat screen tvs. So we was unable to watch anything of an evening."

"This hotel is some way from the city, high above the port. But with excellent bus services and a wide view, it's well worth the extra few $$ .. Didn't use the breakfast service ( as I made my own meals, the kitchenette in the room is basic but just right for saving money) but if it matches the cool vibe of the staff ladies it must be pretty good 🙂 Also the T V was most welcome, many Eng Lang films on the satellite deals in Romania."
