Purgatory Resort, LUXURY TOWNHOUSE; Ski-in Ski-out; 4 Bed, 4.5 Bath, Sleeps 13

ElkPoint Unit 4 is a Beautiful 3 story Townhome located on the slopes right across from the main mountain village. ( We are 400 ft from the Purgatory Lodge Pool/Hot tub) Ski-in, Ski-out.. with The Most Beautiful Views. We are the end unit next to the Graduate Lift. Our townhome has a heated garage and is the only property with an extra long driveway. We can accommodate 3 vehicles.

Our townhouse has quality furnishings. We have a full sized washer and dryer and Weber Gas grill on the deck.

As you enter the home on the bottom floor, you will find a bedroom with Queen over Queen Bunks and a twin(memory foam) rollaway . The room has a very comfortable couch and chair, a TV, games and puzzles for the kids and a private bath. This room has a door to the exterior patio with great ski-in, ski-out access.

On the 2nd floor you will find the open living area and fully stocked kitchen with large floor to ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of the Needles Mountains. Outside is the balcony with a Weber gas grill. The 1/2 bath and laundry with washer and dryer are also on this level. The 2nd floor also includes the main master bedroom with King bed and dresser and night stands. This room has a fireplace, private balcony and private bathroom with soaker jacuzzi tub and shower.

On the 3rd floor, you will find 2 more bedrooms with King beds and 2 more full bathrooms. There is an additional twin rollaway tucked in one of the closets. The loft area is also on the level and includes Full-sized Murphy bed and love-seat to sit and view the beautiful mountains.

Guests will have access to use the heated pool, hot tub, and work out center at the main Purgatory Lodge included with the club fee. Kids 12 and under Ski free!!!

Great Location

Great ski trip location!

This townhome was outstanding. We had plenty of space for our three family groups that stayed. The location was amazing and the space was very comfortable. We’re already making plans to try and book it again for next ski season.

Second Visit Just as Great

We visited last summer and the condo worked for our family of 11 so perfectly we came back this summer Everything was still just the way we remembered it! The location is perfect, the bedroom and bathroom set-ups are perfect. The ONLY thing we found tight was the dining area. It's set up for 6 people (2 barstools at the kitchen sink area also) - but we made it work by eating in shifts.

Beautiful place!

We loved this place! It had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean the location was unbeatable. The adults could help gear up the kids and then send them out to the bunny hill while they waited for us to gear up. Would absolutely stay again!

Location and Fun

We had three families, 8 kids total and we had a blast. Location to lifts was amazing! We enjoyed all aspects of our stay. Our only complaint was the downstairs bedroom was hot to sleep in. But we will come back again! It was an amazing house and experience.

Terrific place!

We had our group of nine in for four days of skiing after Christmas. The place is just perfect. Julie was great to work with all of our questions in advance and made it easy. As a frequent traveler, I’m a bit picky about beds, and the, beds and mattresses were higher end and extremely comfortable. Views are terrific ski and ski out access is so easy. We hope to book this place again soon. A+++.

Super Spring Break!

Location, location, location. That should be enough; but, this home was well equipped, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. The views are an added bonus. For a true Ski-in/Ski-out...it can’t be beat.

This location is awesome! The Townhouse is beautiful! We love spring time skiing at Purgatory! Julie the host responded to my many questions promptly and was extremely helpful! We have been coming to Purgatory for over 10 years.

Amazing location!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Adults and teens were comfortable in the spacious rooms/bathrooms. Plenty of seating for meals and kitchen was stocked with pans/utensils to prepare meals. We loved the gas fireplaces! It was fun to watch those riding the lifts literally outside the patio. The location was amazing, a short walk to restaurants and picking up rentals and ski right onto a run right out the back patio.

We plan a family ski trip every year. This property and resort was by far the best we have ever been to. BEST VIEWS, owner is amazing, property is so clean, located perfectly....Our family is in LOVE! Saying goodbye was so hard! Family at Purgatory

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 12 inclusive of 7 adults and 5 grandkids ages 12 and under. The home is more than advertised. The location is a perfect ski in/out. I had forgotten what a great premium that can be and a virtual must with young kids. Julie is an exceptional host. She never tired of answering questions prior to and during the stay. We intend to borrow her townhome next season and beyond.

Worth every penny AND 13 hours in the car

The house is just as described. We had zero issues getting in. The upstairs thermostat seems stuck in the on position so it got toasty at night. But overall we loved it. It is so convenient, and we look forward to coming back. We got a good 48 inches of snow so that was a big plus😁. I Highly recommend this property
