Luxury Condo by Main Plaza - Walk to Slopes - Deck with Amazing Views

Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo (Unit 306) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.

Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for great meals and The main living space features a deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain.

The condo also features WIFI, Dish TV, ski racks outside the front door and and plenty of closet space for all your equipment. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets and gas grills are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Ski Trip!

Great location and beautiful views! Spacious and clean. The only problem we had was the oven wouldn’t work! Property management did reply promptly and offered another unit for baking. We made due with broil and still had a great time!! Would love to come back in the summer!!

Great for our stay
Overall it was a great stay. Perfect location. Spacious. The kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. The place was very clean. It was perfect for what we needed. I thought the BBQ was a nice touch. There was an issue with one of the beds but they responded right back about it. My only critique is they need better pillows. The pillows are paper thin.

I like the amazing views from our balcony! It was also very spacious and able to accommodate a huge group and had all that you needed to cook. That was awesome. The unit does need ceiling fans because the floor fans are very old and noisy and although it was cool outside the unit felt warm when there wasn’t a breeze. The middle room had poor ventilation and we couldn’t use it. Sleeper sofas weren’t that great either. Other than that the unit was amazing.

Great location terrible beds

When we first got in there, all of the dishes, cups, etc were disgusting and dirty. The front bedroom and two pull out couches are awful. The king mattress sinks and the pull out mattresses are thin, unsupportive, and absolutely gross. Our kids slept on the best pull out but don't expect any adults to sleep there.

The condo was spacious and clean and the views were fantastic. Also received excellent customer service from Premier with everything from hiking trail recommendations and descriptions to restaurant reviews and condo questions. All calls were replied to VERY PROMPTLY. So many companies don't seem to care if you enjoy or stay or have any issues and Premier was just the opposite. I would highly recommend using them and we will personally use them again for future bookings.

Annual Ski Vacation
Great for a large family gathering. The entire living space is very large with a great dining table, ample couch space, two large decks and large bedrooms. Nothing about this condo feels cramped. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living area was very clean. However, many of the dishes were still dirty and had to be re-washed prior to use. Also, we found that the bathtub in the shared bathroom was stopped-up and didn't work properly. Those staying in the two bedrooms that shared that bath took showers in the master bedroom. It is an approximately 3-minute walk to the mountain base area, so not truly ski-out as the listing states. However, assuming you can make it up a few flights of stairs in ski-boots, the walk shouldn't be a deterrent. Overall quality of the condo is excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

Best Condo we have stayed in
A group of 3-4 couples ski each year. This year was Purg. It is usually hard to find a unit that sleeps 4 couples (king or queen bed per couple). Let along an affordable unit. This unit was the nicest condo we have stayed in at any area we have stayed so far. Nice, clean, roomy. Short walk to the lifts and slopes. The unit is on one floor, which is so much nicer than the many multi bedroom units with vertical rooms on three floors. and it has an elevator. Nice, adequately stocked kitchen, and we have some discerning chefs. There is not a lot of dinner dining options in the mountain village, and we like to cook in. So it worked very well for us. There is great communication and assistance with the property manager. Check in, check out, daily use instructions are all very clear. The minor issues encountered in all rentals were easily overlooked by the nicety of the visit. We all enjoyed Purgatory and will be back and will stay with this rental. Thanks

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 families who have been together to the Durango area 4-5 times in the past 3 years decided to stay on the mountain instead of in-town. It was lovely to not have to drive to/from town to the mountain and just walk out of this condo and cross the street to hit the slopes! For ~$100 we added access to the gym, pool, and hot tub across the street and this was well worth the addition as we went over there 3 of 4 nights we were there.As for the condo, very nice place. Tons of space for our 2 families (total of 9 people). Really liked the keyless entry for both the building and the unit! Gear storage outside of room was an added plus. Overall condo was a "thumbs-up", however there are areas for improvement that should be called out:1) ensure all mattresses are in good shape. The mattress we slept on was well worn as it sloped to the center quite heavily.2) recommend adding more bowls to the kitchen for use. We only found like 1-2 bowls that we used and had to wash and re-use continuously. Would have been nice to have more.3) couches in living room are very worn. I would recommend maybe looking at replacing, especially if this condo is rented frequently during the year.4) lighting in 1/2 bath should be brightened as it was hard to do much in there that required any light (e.g., it was too dark to put in contacts or put on make-up).When we come back to Durango/Purgatory, we will definitely be considering this condo again and would use Premier Vacation Rentals to book again!

Stunning View
We drove over 17 hours from South Texas. The scenery is absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. The only downfall is that we booked during the week and not knowing the area, we realized EVERYTHING was closed at the resort besides a liquor store I believe. For us to get food or anything we had to drive 40 mins one way to Durango. Other than that, everything was amazing with our stay.
