Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located on the 11th fairway in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the heart of the beautiful Animas Valley. Located just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort our home is central to everything the region has to offer. Our home features A/C, washer/dryer, 1 car garage, and fantastic patio with a gas grill over looking the 11th fairway and the waterway.

The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040-yard championship semi-private golf course. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes, a welcome lush oasis in the arid southwest landscape. Trimble Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile from our home. This home provides the perfect base camp for all of your favorite activities providing immediate access to a variety of recreational opportunities including -- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really).

Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed (located on the main level with a TV and en suite bath)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (2nd level with a TV)
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (2nd level with a TV)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 1 dog max 40 lbs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

We can accommodate 2 cars at this home. Per HOA regulations cars are not allowed to be parked on the street. You may park in the garage and driveway. RV, trailers, ect. are prohibited.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Wonderful property. Need to fix light in upstairs king bedroom and 2 toilet paper holders are coming loose from the wall, but none of those were a big deal. Would rent this property again !!!

Dalton Ranch area is ideal for us. There is good access to Durango proper and to the mountains. Spectacular views all around. The townhome is nicely located with a view of the #11 fareway. Just about all you need for a comfortable stay.

This is a nice house in a good location. We have stayed in downtown Durango in the past and this time wanted to be a little out of town.It was a quiet neighbourhood, though we did hear the steam train whistle a couple of times - a bonus for us as we had come to Durango to ride on it!

Generally quite good; clean and roomy. Upstairs TVs did not work. Contacted property manager who said they would send someone to fix this, but there was no further response. Not a serious problem, however. A great location.

The condo is huge and very well appointed.
We had a great stay and would definitely return. It was super cozy once we got the heat fixed (it was not working upon arrival but was fixed the next day while we were out skiing). The location is in between Durango and Purgatory ski resort, so it was perfect for us. Thanks so much for providing such a great place!!

The property is as described. Kitchen and baths are original without updates. However, the kitchen counters/grout need a deep cleaning. The power was out for 2 hours due to a storm. No flashlights on the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were aware of the location so that was as expected and while the unit had everything described, it was the least maintained place we have stayed but also the least expensive. None of it negatively impacted our stay but made it less enjoyable. For example, the dishwasher doesn’t clean well so you have to prewash everything. The washing machine is so loud you can’t have a conversation when it is going. The sliding glass door on to the porch only opens about two thirds of the way and if you push it past that it will take all your strength to close it. The curtain rod over the sliding door is more difficult than the door. The towels are all frayed and the kitchen drawers and cabinets don’t open or close well. Although clean, the carpet had stains. On the flip side, the primary bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the living area was very comfortable and accommodating and the VRC staff and logistics were easy and helpful.

My husband and our two school aged kids chose this house based on the bedroom arrangements and close proximity to the Hot Springs. Arriving the directions were clear and concise, and the contactless check in was just as expected. The house was clean and ready for us. TV's in nearly every room and plenty of space to spread out. My kids loved the backyard lookin over the 11th fairway and waterway. The deck was perfect for morning yoga. Beds were all comfortable and our two boys fell asleep in the massive king size bed in an upstairs bedroom. My husband and I stayed in the master suite downstairs and enjoyed the quiet and privacy. Kitchen was equipped for everything we needed to make pancakes except for the batter and syrup. Wifi worked well throughout the house and on the outside deck for my morning class. The TV's all worked, but it would have been nice to have streaming services in addition to the satellite TV, my kids and I found the remotes a little confusing to operate as we are used to streaming on simple remotes but it was not a big deal at all. One other suggestion is a little later check out, maybe 11am or 12pm. A 10am checkout is a bit on the early side. Location is ideal, close to downtown for shopping and dinner, across the street from the hot springs for spa time. Dalton Ranch is a very quiet neighborhood and we will be returning soon. The folks at Premier were very responsive and helpful anytime I had a question. 10/10 recommend

We had a very nice relaxing time! The townhome was in a great location for accessing everything in and around Durango. Quiet neighborhood. There was a grocery store within a few blocks.. We really enjoyed the golf course and club house for dinner. Looking forward to going back!

Great location for skiing
We loved this perfect little ski condo. It was a short 15-20 minutes to ski at purgatory. Easy to get into even with heavy snowfall. They plowed almost every morning too. Close enough to ski rentals and to the town to get food and souveniers. It was perfectly sized for our family of 6. We loved it. We will stay there again
