This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex. There are 6 beds total which includes 2 bunk beds. The bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs. There is a large kitchen area and a beautiful wooded den downstairs. There are 2 TV’s in the house. One upstairs, one downstairs. The home sits on a large lot with lots of grass and trees, perfect for people trying to enjoy the outdoors.
The space
This property is a duplex. The yard is not completely fenced in. In the event that both sides of the houses on the property are rented out, the yard will be shared. It is a big yard so even half of the yard is a lot of space. The property has several apple trees that you are welcome to pick if you come in the fall!
