"View from Comdo was really nice. Bed was comfortable but hard to get into. Condo was hard to find and parking inconvenient and expensive. Condo itself needs a few fixes: TV remote missing and no Tv instructions, silverware was sparse and blinds to balcony need repair or replace. "This is a very comfortable, great condo that could use a little attention. The couch had several rips in it that caused feathers to continually come out all over the floor and a chair in the primary bedroom had several rips as well. We were there in August so needed to have the windows open and there were several tears in the screens which allowed an infestation of moths in the evenings. "We liked that it was remote and perfect for birdwatching. The host checked up on us as we were delayed by road closures and the caretaker generously showed us around the property, pointing out good views and wildlife locations. The apartment is very roomy and had everything we needed. It was a short drive to Telluride, MUCH less expensive than the 'city', and we got to shop in the darling little grocery/BBQ place in Sawpit. "Incredible... the views are breathtaking and the location can't be beat. It's a 7 minute walk to the Gondola taking you into downtown Mountain Village and downtown Telluride. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to see the hot tub was larger than expected. The bunk beds were also comfortable for my friends. The kitchen was also spacious and perfect for us. The only downside, is that one of the Queen bedrooms is really just a pull-out couch and not comfortable. My friends preferred to sleep...

"The property is neat and clean. My second fall stay hiking, fly fishing and riding my motorcycle through out the scenic passes and off road trails. The property host David is more than helpfull and a pleasure to visit with. At the beginning of the 550 million dollar scenic hiway, i recomend this stay for family or solo travels. The local residents are very nice and helpfull. Allot of beautifull sights to see and the Aspen in the fall are golden."
