Guests and Deliveries: Ensure they follow the gate closing protocol. Housekeeping: Visits every 7th day for linen, towels, and general cleaning. Air Quality: Keep sliding sash windows closed; open the rear window if needed. No Smoking Indoors: Use the designated smoking area in the courtyard. Prohibited Items: No lit candles, vaping, or electric scooter/VAP charging. Quiet Hours: After 10 pm, please keep noise to a minimum. Rubbish Disposal: Use recycling bags and composting bags as instructed. Remove all rubbish before check out. Heating Comfort: Central heating runs 6:30 8:30 am and 6:30 9:30 pm.
