Fully furnished short term rental. This community is great for kayaking, tubing, swimming, snorkeling, boating...has large BBQ grill, fireplace and campfire waiting for marshmallows! Exceptional, inviting and cozy bungalow that is your home away from home. FREE ACCESS to the KP Hole boat ramp. This bungalow comes with four kayaks, four life jackets and four paddles. Kayak dolly's to help transport down to the river. Monthly specials available.

Great vacation
The bungalow was nice and it was pretty peaceful and quiet area. It was nice having access to kp hole for our paddle boards. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stop on the way to Clearwater
We spent two nights here exploring rainbow springs on our way to Clearwater beach and were blown away by the beauty of the river. We were slightly worried about the shared nature of some of the features, like the grilling area, but everything was well maintained and every person we encountered was extremely friendly. Bungalow was as described, comfortable, and well provisioned.

I was absolutely blown back by the beauty in the simplicity of a small home near the river. The house had everything we needed and the host was kind and helpful. I would rent again. 10 out of 10. Oh and the beds are super comfortable!!!!!!!!!

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights kayaking the river as a get away before school starts. We enjoyed the bungalow and it was just as described and pictures was accurate. We will be returning.

Great spot for dive trip
We stayed here for our Ranibow River scuba dive certification and the location was more than ideal. It is the closest you can get to the boat ramp. Also the house is incredibly clean, lovely, and overall great experience. Would stay here again for sure. Making sure to look for “lot V” is key when trying to find the place!

We had a group of 32 women who rented multiple bungalows. We all were so impressed with the cleanliness and comfortability of the bungalows. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy rainbow river!

Rainbow River Bungalows
We had a great stay! The property was as described and was gorgeous inside! Everything was new and clean! The beds were comfortable, decor was beautiful, and all amenities as listed! The property was a bit of a hike to the river, which was unexpected and we had to walk back and forth many times to get the kayaks there (the kayak trailers kept falling off of the kayaks because of the distance and terrain), but overall it was fun! The host communicated quickly and our stay was great!

Two night trip for Rainbow River
Property was perfect for a quick trip to the spring. Short walk and guaranteed access to the river was what we wanted and was what we got. River Rats delivered our tandem kayaks and the family enjoyed the river which is beautiful. My kids loved the property and even met some new friends where they got to play hide and seek with their new pals. Not a worry to let them roam while mom and dad relaxed on the patio. A+ location.
