"This property was everything we hoped it would be and more! Comfortable, beautiful, amazing location, spectacular views and fully stocked with anything you might need on vacation. Deirdre and John were so kind and welcoming. We enjoyed learning about the milking process from John one evening and wondered around by the sea with Teddy and Robin (the pups). I cannot recommend Ocean's End enough. Book it! I promise you'll be so glad you did!"

"We really enjoyed our three night stay at the Brown Hen. Gwyneth is very quick to respond to communication and is a seasoned host! Linens were crisp and clean, beds were comfy for all of us and lots of space to hang out and settle in. The area around the property is beautiful, close enough to larger cities but out of the way so it feels like a real country experience. We felt very safe here. Would definitely stay again! "

"Plenty of room for our family, and Rosscarbery and its grocery store are very close. We really liked running into Rosscarbery for a quick bite and a pint. Wifi was slow, but it existed, which wasn't the case in one of our other stays. Cute garden, and a nice, quiet space to be."

"We stayed for a week and highly recommended this place. Its a lovely set-up with a furnace as well as a small conservatory. The location was perfect for reaching multiple destinations from Cork to Kilareny both being about an hour in either direction. The local town has a rich history and is full of shops, pubs, and grocery stores. The hosts were very pleasant and offered useful suggestions and shared some great stories. Would definitely stay again. "
