"As other reviewers state, the windows barely open and it can get hot in the unit. The bed was comfortable, and there was enough space/seating for us. It is 2 blocks from the Kings Theatre, and 1 block from sauchiehall St. - very convenient The bathroom had a heated drying rack - very nice Coordinating the entry into the building and unit wasn't straightforward, so that is the reduced "Communication" rating. "We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!"

" Beautiful apartment, The apartment's proximity to George Square, shopping centers, and grocery stores greatly facilitated my stay, enhancing convenience and comfort. I appreciate the warm and friendly welcome extended to me. I appreciated that they were able to let me check in a few hours earlier. I was very happy to find out there was an elevator,  so I didn't need to carry my luggage up the stairs.        However, I encountered some challenges with the quality of the Wi-Fi connection...

"Loved our visit to Glasgow in this apartment. Very central and convenient location for food, shopping, etc. Comfortable and clean and great communication with the host. 5 stars!"

"Check in was very smooth. Gillian was always available when needed. Flat was clean, everything was available. Apart from the missing coffee maker, which we didn't need, everything was there. There was a cafétière anyway. TV remote's batteries needed changing, new ones were instantly sent to us. Flat is 7 minutes walk from Glasgow Charing cross, 4 minutes walk from nearest bus stop and 20 minutes walk from the main Buchanan bus station, from which you can go anywhere you wish. We didn't use...

"Beautiful apartment on the west end by the university. Close to the subway and walking distance to a bunch of interesting places. Was absolutely awesome!"

"The apartment is well situated for walking to town center and the beach front. Car parking was available and more than adequate. Facilities in the apartment were comfortable and more than enough for 2 guests. The heating system needed some attention but I was quickly helped by Ian and we got things running again. We would suggest the inclusion of at least 1 toilet roll , we travelled from the Netherlands and preferred not to go directly to the supermarket. Other than that we had a great stay."
